Information you give us
Our Services requires you to sign up for an account and we’ll ask for certain personal information. Also, every time a customer
signs in to our Services, we will ask for your account information.

our Support and Help Center. Based on your email addresses input into the Services, Intercom may provide publicly-available

job titles, photos, physical addresses, and website URLs ("Customer Data"). We use this information to communicate
with you in a more effective and customized manner. Intercom uses Customer Data as described in its privacy policy,

on third-party sites or platforms, such as social networking sites. This may include information such as “Likes”,

How and why we use your information
We may use the information we collect in the following ways:

Who we share your data with
We do not sell, trade, share or transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

provide our requested service. For example, we share your information with Intercom (www.intercom.com) to provide
you with our Support and Help Center.

Data analytics and enrichment services. As part of our use of third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics
and data enrichment services like Heap, we share certain de-identified data as needed. De-identified data means data
where we’ve removed personal information like your name and email address and replaced it with a token ID. This allows
these providers to provide analytics services to provide, maintain, protect and improve our Services.

Consent. We may share your personal information with a third party if we have your consent to do so.

Your collaborators. We share your name, email address and location with people you invite to collaborate
in your projects or with whom you share media to let them know who has invited them.

Legal requirements. We may share your personal information when we have a good faith belief that access,
use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation,
legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce a Customer Agreement, including investigation of potential

or the public as required or permitted by law.

Security requirements. We may share your personal information with third parties (including our service
providers and government entities) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security or technical issues.
Payment information
When you make a purchase on the Services, any credit card information you provide as part of your Payment Information is
processed and collected directly by our payment processor Stripe through their Stripe Checkout service. We never receive
or store your full credit or debit card information. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data
Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security.
Stripe may use your Payment Information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy

Our cookie policy
Our Services uses cookies. We use both session-based and persistent cookies.
Cookies are small text files sent by our Services to your computer and from your computer to our Services each time you visit
our Services. They are unique to your account or your browser. Session-based cookies last only while your browser is
open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last until you or your browser delete
them or until they expire.
Some cookies are associated with your account and personal information in order to remember that you are logged in. Other
cookies are not tied to your account but are unique and allow us to carry out site analytics and customization, among
other similar things. You can manage your cookie settings in your browser but if you disable some or all cookies you

Dreamaker will retain a backup copy of the content and communications that have been sent using the Service, the identities
of the sender(s) and the recipient(s) of such contents and communications and any other information which Dreamaker is
required to retain by law or legitimate business purpose. All Registered users may review, update, correct or delete
the Personal Information as follows.

Update your information You can update certain information by accessing your profile via the “Account” of
Services. You can also unsubscribe from certain emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link they contain.

Access your information In addition to the functionality available through the “Account” of the Services,
in which you can correct, update, amend, or access certain personal data, you can also request other modifications
from us directly. Please write us at
support@dreamaker.io along with an explanation of nature of your request. For your protection, we may take steps to verify your
identity before responding to your request.

Delete your information If you would like to completely delete your account and Personal Information, please
contact us at
support@dreamaker.io with a request that we delete your account, Personal Information and content from our system. We will use commercially
reasonable efforts to honor your request. As indicated above however, we will retain a backup copy of your records
as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Data retention
We generally retain Personal Information for so long as it may be relevant to the purposes identified herein. To dispose
of Personal Information, we may anonymize or de-identify it, delete it or take other appropriate steps. Data may persist
in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.
Where information is processed
Dreamaker is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing and transferring
of your information in and to the U.S. and other countries.
Security
Dreamaker takes security seriously. We take various steps to protect information you provide to us from loss, misuse, and
unauthorized access or disclosure. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process
and store, and the current state of technology.
Public forums
Dreamaker may provide its users with chat rooms, forums, message boards and/or news groups. Please remember that any information
disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal

The Dreamaker web site may contain links to other Internet web sites. We encourage all of our partners, contributors and
third parties to implement policies and practices that respect the privacy of our users. However, Dreamaker is not responsible
for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information
we collect from the visitors. To the extent that visitors disclose information to other parties whether they are linked
from the Dreamaker web site, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the personal information disclosed
to them. Because Dreamaker does not control the privacy policies of third parties, our visitors are subject to the privacy

Children’s privacy
Dreamaker understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive, online world. Dreamaker does not

Amendments and updates

Terms of Service and Policies
If you choose to use our Services, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our
Terms of Service, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the
